調(diào)用激光的方式作用于硼硅玻璃(BSG)表面，形成重摻，作為配套生產(chǎn)選擇性發(fā)射電極(SE)電池。

1、產(chǎn)能大于8000片/小時（M10硅片）；Ct分解: 0.9s=（激光時間1.6s+激光切換時間0.2s）/2，即1.8s出2片。

Throughput＞8000pcs/h (M10 wafers);Cycle time: 0.9s= (laser 1.6s + laser switching time 0.2s)/2, 2pcs/1.8s.
