Vice President Guo Xueyi and Other School Officials of Central South University visited Shenzhen S.C

On the afternoon of December 12th, Guo Xueyi, Vice President of Central South University, and leaders of School of Electronic Information, Powder Metallurgy Research Institute and Scientific Research Department visited Shenzhen S.C, and Yu Zhong, vice chairman and general manager of the Company, and other leaders warmly received them.

The school leaders visited the exhibition hall of the Company, and the person in charge of the Company’s General Manager Office briefly introduced the PV industry chain, company scale, development history, honors, customers, scientific research achievements, etc., so that everyone can fully understand the Company’s business. Mr. Yu also introduced the Company’s key technologies, product layout, production line solutions, etc., which were highly praised and affirmed by the school leaders.

After the visit, Mr Yu, as one of the representatives of Shenzhen famous alumni enterprises, was invited to participate in the “Knowing Central South University & Creating the Future” Signing Ceremony and Science and Technology Achievement Roadshow co-sponsored by the People’s Government of Pingshan District and Central South University. The roadshow aimed to strengthen the cooperation between schools and places, help the scientific and technological innovation and development in Pingshan District of Shenzhen, facilitate the transformation of advanced innovation achievements of Central South University in Pingshan District, build a science and innovation chain for regional industrial transformation and upgrading, realize zero-distance direct dialogue among technicians, investors and undertakers, accelerate the investment and financing process, promote industry-education integration, and boost local economic development. 

During the roadshow, Mr. Yu, as one of the representatives of excellent alumni of Central South University, said that Central South University, his alma mater, has always insisted on Integration of Knowledge and Practice and Utilization of Practice, and has hundreds of provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technology innovation platforms for natural sciences, providing plenty of new opportunities, new technologies and new drivers for innovation in the fields of resources and science and technology of China’s new energy industry. The Industry Science and Technology Innovation cooperation between People’s Government of Pingshan District and Central South University is a beneficial exploration for the transformation of innovative scientific and technological achievements of Central South University, and it is also an important move for Pingshan District to actively undertake the transformation of high-end scientific and technological resources achievements, which lays a solid foundation for the future of leading industries in Pingshan District. We look forward to acquiring more fruitful achievements in industrial science and technology innovation cooperation between Central South University and People’s Government of Pingshan District.
